Experience

I'm currently working with Clearscape on Dublin's Upper Mount Street as lead web designer.

Since joining in February 2008 I've worked on designing and building static and CMS sites such as Cogg, McLoughlins B2B, CEL and Well Done Mum. I also carry out and organise regular maintenance and updates on over 60 client sites such as Fyffes, An Post, Envirocentre, Finnegan Menton and Treasury Holdings. I meet regularly with clients to discuss design requirements and to train them in CMS editing. More details of this work can be found in the Clearscape section of the site.

My previous work experience was working as a Junior Web Designer with saongroup, the umbrella company for sites such as IrishJobs.ie, NIJobs.com, MyJobsGroup, CaribbeanJobs.com, Jobs.ie, Jobs.se, Jobs.lu, CandidateManager.net and RecruitGulf.com.

Day to day work included keeping all the sites running with ads, surveys, splash page design, print work, flash work and various other requests from the sales and marketing staff.
Project work included site re-designs from acquisitons and new set-ups.

Key Skills

HTML/XHTML, CSS, Photoshop, Adobe Flash (UI and Actionscript), Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Director and Sound Forge.
In design I've worked with a combination of languages such as XHTML, CSS, PHP, XML and .NET in both static and CMS/Wordpress integrations.
