Category Specific Ads

The majority of ads on IrishJobs/NIJobs/RecruitGulf are category specific ads. These ads show up in the right hand column of a user job search, and as the name suggests they are specific to the category the user has chosen. The ads are managed using XML and software called AdManager. They work off a restricted template size and layout.
